By paying the booking fee of(£250.00) you will secure your booking & confirm your agreement of the terms & conditions. The payment of £250.00 can not be refunded unless both parties agree to cancel the booking before any of the work takes place & within 30 days of securing your booking. The booking will take place on the dates specified on your booking date (unless agreed otherwise). If for any reason you need to reschedule your booking, please get in touch.

The service fee includes 8 hours of work where I’ll complete as much of your requested designs as possible. As this services is a time-based booking (as opposed to a fixed price booking), there may be some instances where the requested work cannot be completed within the 8 hour time frame. Upon receiving your information about the designs requested for completion, where possible, I’ll notify you before the work takes place to let you know that requested designs will take longer then 8 hours to complete.

Additional Amendments

Once you have received the final designs, I’ll be able to make small tweaks & adjustments to the files, however, if the amendments needed will take over 30mins to complete, you’ll be invoiced for the additional work at my hourly rate of £40.00 (unless you have additional design days booked in with me). If further payment is required in order to complete the amendments, don’t worry, I’ll notify you of this before any work is undertaken.
