Terms & Conditions

By purchasing my “Small Biz Starter Kit” you are agreeing to the terms & conditions outlined below

Deliverables: The “Small Biz Starter Kit” is a graphic design service in which you will receive the following deliverables:

  1. Logo Design Ideas x3

  2. Logo Design

  3. Submark logo

  4. Brand Colour Palette

  5. Brand Typography Selection

  6. Brand Guidelines that set out how to put your branding into practice across a variety of formats.

Any additional deliverables that are not listed above fall outside this agreement. Where additional deliverables are requested, you will be invoiced separately before any additional work is undertaken.

Ownership & Usage:

You will have exclusive ownership of the final logo design & submark logo. However, I reserve the full rights to any development work (eg. any work completed in the lead up to the final designs. I also reserve the right to display both the development work & completed designs my online & offline portfolio, on social media & any additional marketing materials including but not limited to publications & catalogues ect.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

A full refund will only be provided if a cancellation is made within 30 days of purchasing the service & before any work has been undertaken.

If a cancellation is made after 30 days of purchasing the service & no work has been undertaken you will receive a partial refund of 75% of the total service fee.

If a cancellation is requested after the first deliverable (Logo Ideas x3) has been completed, you will receive a partial refund of 50% of the total service fee.

If a cancellation is requested after the second deliverable (Logo Design) has been completed, neither a full or partial refund will be given.

Either party has the right to cancel the service agreement at any time.

Third Party Design Assets: I am responsible for ensuring that I obtain the rights to any third party design assets that are used within the development work & completed designs outlined in the deliverables above. This may include but is not limited to fonts & stock imagery. You will be responsible for obtaining the rights to any third party design assets you use for any additional designs that lie outside the scope of this project.
