✔️Help you to make decisions & save time!

01 . Sprinkle them throughout your website copy
Use them to help you figure out your tone of voice in your website copy (this is any written content on your website eg. about page, product descriptions ect). For example one of my brand values is “approachability” - to reflect this in my website copy, I make sure that I try & avoid specialist graphic design terms (or explain what they are when I do) & avoid “formal” use of language…. basically I try to write in the way I would talk if I was chatting to someone!
02 . Use them next time you need to make a business decision
Has a project just come in, or have you just thought of an exciting new product but not sure if it’s right for you right now? Read through your brand values & consider if this project or product aligns with them. If it does, go ahead, accept the project, or get to work on your new exciting product - such an easy way to make decisions right?
03. Not sure what to post on social media today?
Talk about one of your brand values, or tell a story that includes one of your brand values as a key theme. If investigating your brand values has made you re-consider aspects of your business, share your thoughts on this - tell your audience what exciting changes they can expect from you going forward.
04. Use them to help you design visual content
Start collecting a bank of visuals & imagery that represent your brand values refer to this when you create social media posts or look for imagery to liven up your newsletters.
05. Review your visual branding & consider if they reflect your values
Get your current logo design, colour palettes, packaging designs & social media templates on one page & consider which of your brand values they are reflecting. Are there any small tweaks you can make to help them better reflect your brand values?
