Nothing! Once your booking is secured I’ll send you a link to your brand portal that includes a questionnaire so I can gather all the info I need from you before I start working on your designs.

I always start with 3 initial logo concepts to understand your design preferences. From there we’ll chat about which parts do/don’t align with your vision & we’ll develop the designs from there.
Opportunities for feedback are built into every stage of the design process which means you’ll be able to let me know what changes you want me to make at each of the key stages of the project.
This means I’ll always make sure you’re happy with the design ideas before moving onto the next stages.

Yes absolutely. Whilst the majority of business owners use my brand portal to provide feedback, if you prefer to talk through your feedback, let me know & we’ll schedule feedback meetings at regular intervals throughout the project.
